How do I get a copy of a tax invoice for my online order?
We’ll include a printed tax invoice in your parcel delivery. This will be your proof of purchase.

What can I buy online?
Check out all of the items available for you to buy online at the Fly Art Gallery.
Can I still buy a ‘sold out’ item?
For all Fly Artworks featuring real flies, yes.
For Fine Fly Artworks, no.
How do I know what size I’ll be?
For T-shirts and aprons, examine the measurements shown on our size chart. They’ll be able to give you an approximate guide to the sizes.
Your shopping cart
How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?
You will be able to remove items or change quantities in your shopping cart during the ‘Checkout’ process or by clicking on the basket icon at the top right hand side of your screen in the Fly Art Gallery page.
How do I know if my item is available?
You’ll be able to add all available items to your shopping cart. Any item that are not available will be marked on your screen and you won’t be able to put them in your shopping cart.
Your order
How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Add to your shopping cart the items that you want to buy.
- Once you’ve placed all of the items that you want to buy in your cart, head to the ‘Checkout’ by the Cart button on the right hand side of your screen in the Fly Art Gallery page.
- You’ll then be able to finalise your order by entering your payment and delivery details.
Can I place an order over the phone?
If you’re in Australia, you can place an order over the phone by calling us on (08) 6464 1300.
I’m having trouble placing an online order. What can I do?
If you’re having trouble placing an order online, please drop us a line at

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
No, at the moment we’re unable to gift wrap your order.
Can I send my order as a gift?
You’ll be able to send your order as a gift but please note that the tax invoice will be sent with the parcel.
How do I know my order has been received?
An emailed copy of your order will be sent to you. If you do not received an email within an hour or so of submitting, please contact us at
sales@flyartworks.com.
What if I don’t receive my order or shipping confirmation?
If you haven’ received an order or shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please drop us a line at
sales@flyartworks.com.
How do I cancel or change an order?
We can cancel or change your order, provided that your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please drop us a line at
sales@flyartworks.com.
Am I able to add or delete items from my order once I have completed the order?
We can help you amend your order, providing it hasn’t already been dispatched. Unfortunately, you’re unable to add items to your order however you can create a new order. Please drop us a line at
sales@flyartworks.com.
Payment
What currency is used on this website?
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What should I do if my credit card has been declined?
If your credit card has been declined, it’s best to talk to your local bank.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details?
Yes, credit card information is processed through ANZ eGate payment gateway website.
This service is provided by MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS) and secured by SSL protocol.
This means during the transaction your credit card information is encrypted and almost impossible intercept. We will not obtain any credit card information from you or the ANZ eGate.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes, you can pay using PayPal – Select this as the payment option during the checkout process.
Can I pay using BPAY?
No, unfortunately at the moment, BPAY payments are not possible.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via PayPal and we also accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.
Can I still order online if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes, you can pay via PayPal for your online order.
Delivery
How much will it cost for postage and delivery?
The amount of postage or the delivery fee will depend entirely on what products you order and where the goods are being sent to. For details please check our

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to place an online order.
Returns
How do I return an item to you that I no longer need?
Home Delivery items can be returned to Fly Artworks, 402 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, WA 6008, Australia for a refund in a line with our Refund Policy
Can I return items that I have purchased online to my local store?
No.
Refunds
Do you have a policy for refunds?
Yes. You can view our Refund Policy here.
How will I be refunded if I return a product?
If the refund is processed by the online customer service team, it will be returned to the same account that was listed on your order.
How will I be refunded if I cancel an order?
When you cancel an order, your funds that have been held by the bank will be released. This process can take up to seven days, so if you need it done quicker, please give your bank a call to discuss.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once processed, the refund will be returned to your nominated bank account within five working days. If you haven’t received it after this time, please give your local bank a call to discuss.
Are there any products that I won’t be able to return?
No, you’re able to return any items that you have purchased from our online store, but the goods will be assessed on arrival by our team who will decide whether a refund or exchange will be offered.
Faulty products

When you place an online order via the Fly Artworks website, you must first consent to our company storing your personal information in the same way it would be done as when placing mail orders. This information is transmitted securely over the Internet.
The personal information collected is done to enable us to send you the items you have ordered and to validate your identity, as well as to provide us with a way to get in touch with you if the need should arise.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. We do not pass on, trade or sell your personal information to anyone. We don’t retain your credit card details in any form following your transaction.
